Agron SELIMAJ has graduated from the Law Faculty, University of Prishtina in 2002. His career begins in the Municipal Court of Prishtina as a legal apprentice in 2003-2004. After the completion of professional practice, he has continued the lawyer’s work in the Swiss Foundation for Justice “Terre des Hommes” in 2004-2005.

In 2005, he has joint the Office of the Auditor General of Kosova as a legal adviser. Meanwhile, in 2006 he finished bar exam. In 2007 he passed to the UNMIK Department of Justice, the Judicial Inspection Unit as a judicial auditor and then to the Insurance Company “INSIG” branch in Kosovo as a lawyer of the company.

On March 17, 2007, he opened a law office in Pristina, he practiced the law profession until September 9, 2009, when he has been appointed as a Kosovo senior public official. He has kept these posts until February 2, 2017. On March 17, 2017, on the 10th anniversary of the licensing, he returned to the profession of attorney at law.

 

Hilmi JASHARI In-house counsel – Legal expert with a professional career exclusively in the field of human rights and freedom. Currently is engaged in many international and domestic projects for administrative and constitutional justice.

Kosovo Parliament elected Mr.Jashari Ombudsperson in 2015 and served until 2020, and during this period, this institution has been declare the most reliable institution in the Balkans. During 2010-2015 he managed the legal office of the Civil Rights Program. Whereas, from 2005 to 2009 he was appointed Ombudsperson of Kosovo by the United Nations Representative in Kosovo. Mr. Jashari previously served in the position of the Director of International Ombudsperson Institution in Kosovo.

 

Fllanza HAKAJ is a graduated Lawyer from Prishtina and currently is attending Master degree in Civil Law.

She started her professional career as an intern in the enforcement agent office and from January 2020, she joined our Law firm as a professional associate.

Fllanza is fluent in English and has participated in numerous trainings on Customer Service, Establishment and Planning of Business Activities, Archiving of Documentation, Work Ethics and other legal trainings.
